La State Police has notified a 40-year-old accused of mistreatment in the family of the measure of the prohibition of approaching the victim, i.e. the cohabiting partner, and of the prohibition of residence in Casal di Principe municipality in which he resides. The provisions were issued by the investigating judge of the court of Napoli North.
It was his partner who reported him to the Police Station, tired of being subjected to constant harassment, humiliation and aggression.
The woman told the police that Casal di Principe that her partner would often throw her to the ground, repeatedly punching and kicking her in the back, even when she was holding their small son.
The victim was interviewed in protected mode, and his story was fully supported by the evidence acquired by the State Police investigators, coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North. The 40-year-old was thus removed from the house and from Casal di Principe.
