Naples, the Police Chief meets the athletes of the Fiamme Oro who won medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics

This morning, the Police Chief of Naples, Maurizio Agricola, welcomed some athletes from the Fiamme Oro Sports Group who successfully participated in the 33rd edition of the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games. The meeting was an opportunity to congratulate them on the extraordinary results achieved and to wish them new future goals.

Accompanied by Chief Inspector Luca Piscopo, Coordinator of the National Center of Naples, among the athletes present stood out Manila Esposito, winner of a silver medal in team artistic gymnastics and a bronze on the beam, together with Lorenzo Casali Minh and Mario Macchiati, both from the gymnastics section, and Lorenzo Brando Chiavarini, from the sailing sector.

Once again, the Fiamme Oro stood out as the most medaled sports group among the State forces, winning 5 golds, 6 silvers and 7 bronzes. This success testifies to the commitment of the State Police in promoting the values ​​of legality through sport and its champions. “Thank you guys, you made us emotional, scream and sing our anthem with pride”, declared the Police Chief, expressing the gratitude of the entire city for the emotions given by the athletes during the Games.
