Giugliano. A sophisticated cannabis greenhouse was discovered by the Carabinieri in a home on Via San Francesco a Patria, in the Varcaturo area of Giugliano in Campania. The structure was equipped with an advanced ventilation, dehumidification, irrigation and artificial lighting system to simulate solar heat, powered by an illegal connection to the electricity grid.

During the operation, the military of the local station arrested three men with no criminal record, two aged 38 and one aged 53, accused of possession and cultivation of narcotic substances.
