The Festival's mission
The festival, which will take place in May 2025, is designed to engage the community in artistic activities with the aim of supporting people in difficulty. Through original and alternative artistic forms, it aims to inspire social and individual change, making art the central tool for this task. The initiative aims to rediscover a simpler and more empathetic community lifestyle, as underlined by Maria Carmela Morra, president of the Voloalto social cooperative.
Program of the evening
The meeting will see the participation of local authorities, including the Mayor of Battipaglia, and provincial and regional figures. Speakers include Walter Di Munzio and Giovanni De Feo, who will provide their contribution in the fields of psychiatry and environmental engineering. I think the idea of the festival is interesting, but I don't really understand how they want to address social problems, I hope it's clear for everyone. Art is important but it must be useful for people who need it.
