Caserta – During the night, the Tagliafierro jewelry store in via Acquaviva was targeted by criminals who carried out a robbery, making away with an estimated loot of around 60 thousand euros.
To ensure their escape and hinder the intervention of the police, the thieves strategically positioned another car in the middle of the road, creating an improvised roadblock. Despite this, the carabinieri intervened promptly at the crime scene.
Inside the jewelry store, the criminals ransacked all the objects on display in the windows, taking advantage of the moments of confusion. The alarm was raised by residents, alerted by suspicious noises, who immediately notified the police.
