Three people, a father, a mother and a son, residents of Sant'Agata de' Goti, are being investigated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza for computer fraud and unauthorized access to a computer or telematic system, for which reason they received notice of the conclusion of the investigations, all defended by the lawyer Massimo Viscusi.

Following an SMS alert received from Poste Italiane, in reference to a transaction leaving her account, the victim received a further SMS in which she was warned that she would shortly be contacted by an operator who would have to guide her through the procedures to block the transaction.

The victim, after having agreed, saw his current account deducted by 5.000 euros, which would then be withdrawn by serial professionals at the UniCredit branches in Dugenta, Maddaloni and San Giuseppe Vesuviano.
