In the Spanish Quarters, the nightlife is now out of control, as demonstrated by yet another video posted on social media where a resident who lives on the first floor of a building throws the classic basin full of water at the kids who were singing and shouting non-stop in the middle of the night.
As reported by the Instagram page Welcometofavelas 4k, there was also bleach in the water, which injured a boy who was forced to seek medical treatment at the nearby old Pellegrini hospital.
The lady was of course covered in insults and sadly returned home. In the background, hundreds of young people crowded together in the narrow alleys to party. Scenes that are now daily in the nights of the movida that, in these parts, no longer has rules.
"A situation that often turns into fights, stabbings, and violence, leaving residents trapped in chaos and decay. This has nothing to do with fun; rather, it constitutes a potential danger that must be defused with a greater police presence and by making venue owners responsible for enforcing the rules of civil coexistence."
This is the comment of the deputy of the Green Alliance – Left Francesco Emilio Borrelli, who received the notification of the video.
