The relationship between public defender and private defender, the determination of the lawyer's fee, the "Pact of quota lite", the borderline between information and advertising in the context of "social", disciplinary proceedings and the relationship between lawyer and lawyers' fund are the focus of a "two-day" sector event promoted on the Sorrento coast by the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Torre Annunziata, Friday 8 and Saturday 9 March.
The location is decidedly suggestive: Villa Fondi in Piano di Sorrento, an architectural complex "nested" on the ridge that directly overlooks the Gulf sea.
Many topics on the speakers' table, many already addressed in the last extraordinary national congress.
An event that enjoys the participation of the greatest experts in the sector and all the institutional leaders of the local, Neapolitan, Campanian and national District. Also present will be technicians of the discipline, former presidents, vice presidents and secretaries of the district councils of Disciplina d'Italia - some, today in the ethics commission - who will discuss with those present, in the light of the experience gained in eight years and with contributions of reasoned jurisprudence.
The event is considered a step towards the formation of the technical table for the reform of professional law.
Given the importance of the issues on the table, of absolute topicality, the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Torre Annunziata arranges the live streaming on its social channels. Participation, even "remote", will constitute a reason for attributing training credits, including those mandatory in ethics.
