A disabled Napoli fan has denounced the difficult situation he experienced during the Napoli-Juventus match at the Diego Maradona Stadium, underlining how he was unable to see the match, but only hear the sounds.
Stefano Terribile, in a wheelchair, highlighted the abandonment to which the disabled were left during the sporting event, with uncivilized people standing in front of them and with little attention from the staff present.
The complaint was sent to the Green-Left alliance MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli, who stressed the need for a change regarding accessibility for disabled people in stadiums.
Borrelli expressed his will to fight so that those who disrespect others are considered “different” and highlighted the need for greater controls and rigor regarding the management of spaces dedicated to the disabled in sports facilities.
