A 57 year old teacher from San Prisco SF was acquitted for not having committed the crime by the Criminal Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Judge Luca Vitale.
The requests of her defenders, the lawyers Raffaele and Gaetano Crisileo, were fully accepted and they demonstrated their client's lack of involvement in the contested facts: building violations and failure to notify the Civil Engineering Department for an illegal construction carried out in the attic of their home.
The investigation started from a complaint from a neighbor who activated the local police and the Technical Office of the Municipality of San Prisco who carried out numerous inspections in the teacher's home. However, during the trial, it was demonstrated that the building irregularities had not been made by SF but by her family members over 14 years ago when she did not live there and she had not been informed of the irregularities.

What a complicated story, it seems like a mix between a thriller and a soap opera!
