A new chapter in the "Dolce Vita" investigation: Preliminary Investigation Judge Giulio Argenio will hold a preliminary hearing on Monday for former mayor of Avellino, Gianluca Festa, and architect Fabio Guerriero, both under house arrest for alleged corruption.
The charges: Festa is being investigated for subservience of functions, while Guerriero and the former mayor are being charged with conspiracy to commit corruption. Four entrepreneurs are also involved, accused of having paid money to Festa through Guerriero.
