Caserta is preparing to host the national premiere of "La tenda di Achille" on Monday, October 28, as part of the prestigious Campania Teatro Festival. The performance will take place at the Teatro Comunale and represents a new chapter in the DISADIRARE theater project, an initiative launched in 2022 thanks to the collaboration between the CCO – Crisi Come Opportunità and Manovalanza associations. This project is part of an ongoing cultural commitment to juvenile detention centers, supported by the Campania dei Festival Foundation. The project's unique feature lies in the creation of an inclusive theater company composed of professional actors, inmates, and former inmates, combining artistic skills with profound personal experience.
### The essence of “Achilles' Tent”
The play “La tenda di Achille”, directed, written and staged by Adriana Follieri, transports spectators to a camp between the Achaeans and the sea. In this scenario, which extends between the coveted Ithaca and the besieged Troy, Achilles’ tent emerges as a symbol of refuge and personal transformation. The characters, threatened by violence, find in the “disadira” a cathartic process, renouncing the instruments of war in favor of a radically new system of self-affirmation.
### “Cosmofonie”: Music invades Naples
At the same time, Naples hosts “Cosmofonie”, a music festival that will take place at the Auditorium Novecento from 25 to 27 October. Curated by Massimiliano Sacchi, the event features a rich musical program that spans different genres, from folk pop and indie rock to chamber music, jazz and singer-songwriters. Tickets for the shows are available online and on site, with special offers for young people, seniors and Feltrinelli Card holders.
