“Boscoreale will have its own motorway entrance toll booth along the A3 Naples-Salerno”. This is the announcement by Mayor Pasquale Di Lauro the day after the summit in the Region to discuss the project.
The mayor of Boscoreale participated in the meeting held at Palazzo Santa Lucia to define the details of an intervention that will improve traffic flow and allow the citizens of Boscoreale to take the highway without necessarily going to Pompeii or Torre Annunziata.
“It was a commitment made during the election campaign and that we intend to honor,” explains the mayor. The meeting, called by the Campania Region (also at the table were the municipalities of Castellammare di Stabia, Torre Annunziata and Pompei, the heads of the Shopping Center and Autostrade Meridionali) was preparatory to gather opinions and start the process.
“The Boscoreale exit will soon be open to traffic for those travelling in the direction of Salerno, while the planning for the construction of the new toll booth is already at an advanced stage. The new toll booth is planned along Via Settetermini, not far from the Villa Regina station of the Circumvesuviana. “An intervention that will benefit our road system and will be useful for the many people from Bosco who regularly use the motorway” concluded the mayor.
