In the Caserta area, the police of the Company of Aversa They performed a coordinated service in the centres of frignano e Villa di Briano, with the aim of verifying compliance with regulatory provisions and preventing drug-related crimes.
The service lasted from late afternoon yesterday until the early hours of this morning. The military personnel of the Arma carried out the checks with the support of the canine units of the Carabinieri Nucleus of Sarno, NAS Carabinieri personnel of Caserta and SIAE.
During the checks, a wide range of hygiene, structural and documentary deficiencies were found in a local bar. Furthermore, during the personal search of a 27-year-old suspect inside one of the premises, the carabinieri discovered that he was in possession of doses of hashish.
The young man was reported at liberty for possession of drugs. In another case, it emerged that entertainment devices had been installed without authorization for public use.
Following the checks, the managers of the establishments were warned to remove the non-conformities found within 30 days and administrative sanctions were imposed for a total of 500,00 euros.
During the operation, the military personnel of the Arma proceeded to check 113 people and 63 vehicles, contesting 25 traffic violations and issuing the same number of traffic violations.
