Mr Acerbi has not been sanctioned. At this point the guilty party should, for sporting "justice", be Juan Jesus, who allegedly accused a colleague unfairly.
It is not reasonable to think that he misunderstood. The principle of greater probability of an event, widely visible from the dynamics of the facts and his excuses on the field, which is taken into consideration in sports justice, disappears in this sentence.
We are shocked. Furthermore, if what happened on the pitch, as the sentence says, "is certainly compatible with the expression of insults addressed... by the Inter player, and not disavowed in their offensive and threatening nature by the same", why not impose any sanction on the latter?
Why, then, the sentence always says, "since the proof of the offense has certainly been reached", has no decision been taken by the sports "justice" in this regard to punish the person responsible? We remain even more astonished.
Il Napoli will no longer adhere to initiatives of mere facade of the football institutions against racism and discrimination, we will continue to do them alone, as we have always done, with renewed conviction and determination.

This is Napoli's tough stance after the judge's decision that acquitted the Inter player.
