An anti-Camorra blitz swept away at dawn today the clans that were managing the drug dealing areas in the municipalities of Agro Nocerino Sarnese.
In fact, the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Salerno and the agents of the Salerno Flying Squad are executing an order implementing personal precautionary measures issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Salerno, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against 23 people.
All investigated in the northern area of Agro Nocerino for Camorra-style criminal association, drug dealing, extortions, robberies and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.
The investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office has ascertained a vast drug trafficking operation which was financed by committing robberies and extortions to local traders and entrepreneurs.
