Naples. The President of the 7th Municipality, Dr. Antonio Troiano, announced that starting today, October 31, 2024, the existing traffic system on Viale Comandante Umberto Maddalena has been reinstated, as established by Executive Order No. 637 of August 13, 2024.
The necessary work on the "Di Vittorio" station of the new metro, conducted by the EAV (Ente Autonomo Volturno) company, was completed on schedule, allowing the reopening of the last stretch of Viale Comandante Umberto Maddalena towards Piazza Di Vittorio.
Troiano said in a statement: "We would like to thank the citizens for their cooperation, EAV for respecting the established work schedule, the Secondigliano Local Police Unit for constantly ensuring safety along the alternative route, the State Police and the Municipal Technical Office of the Seventh Municipality for monitoring the phases until the road reopens."
