Following the rulings of the Court of Cassation, the Carabinieri and the Guardia di Finanza, on behalf of the Public Prosecutor's Office, have repeatedly returned to the Common di Avellino in search of documents and records to support the accusatory system of the investigation "Dolce Vita".
Since last week, the military's visits have been concentrated in the finance sector of the municipality and in the general secretariat of the institution, with continuous requests for information and documents to the new general secretary Maria Luisa Dovetto.

The acquisitions continue even after the Supreme Court ruling, which annulled without referral the charges of misdirection, corruption for acts contrary to duties, undue inducement and disclosure of official secrets contested to Festa. The decisions of the Court of Cassation led, in fact, to the release from prison of the former mayor, who had been under house arrest since April 18.
