There's less than a week to go until the long-awaited announcement of the contestants who will take to the Ariston stage for the 75th edition of the Sanremo Music Festival. Scheduled for Sunday, December 1st, during the 1:30 PM edition of Tg1, artistic director Carlo Conti will reveal the names of the competing singers. Meanwhile, anticipation is building among the audience, and the Totofestival, linked to FantaSanremo, the popular game that allows fans to predict the contestants, is in full swing.
Provisional ranking of Fantasanremo
Thanks to the official FantaSanremo app, participants can bet on the most popular names, trying to guess who will participate in the Festival. According to the updated fantaranking for Adnkronos, the favorites are Anna Pepe, Elodie and Achille Lauro. Following, among the ten most popular names, there are Olly, Benji and Fede, Alfa, Arisa, Bresh, Gaia and in tenth position, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari. This entry into the ranking represents a novelty, with the band from Bergamo replacing Sarah Toscano, now thirteenth. The ranking also shows significant variations, with artists on the rise and others in slight decline.
Changes and new entries
In particular, we can see the progress of artists such as 883, Annalisa, Tony Effe and Jalisse. On the contrary, among the artists in slight decline we find, in addition to Sarah Toscano, also Tananai, Irama, Madame, Ermal Meta and Francesca Michielin. Significant surprises come with the new entries, such as the winner of the last edition of the festival Angelina Mango, now in 28th place, and Cesare Cremonini, in 30th place.
Among those excluded from this updated ranking are the famous duo Al Bano and Romina Power and Michele Bravi, who no longer appear among the favorites of the Totofestival. With the official announcement now imminent, the fans' enthusiasm is sky-high. Only Carlo Conti, on Sunday 1 December, will confirm the true protagonists of the 75th edition of the Sanremo Festival.
