Killer Catello Romano, a graduate and convert to Islam: he was among the assassins of the Pd municipal councilor of Castellammare

Romano's mother was allowed to attend the discussion and expressed her emotion for the milestone achieved by her son. His trusted lawyer Francesco Schettino praised Romano's re-education process, emphasizing the importance of culture and study in the prisoner's resocialization process.

Despite his criminal past, Catello Romano is trying to build a better life for himself, even if he will have to continue serving his sentence behind bars for now, remaining an example of how re-education and commitment to study can lead to a positive transformation even in the most difficult circumstances.
