The Sala Molière Theatre in Pozzuoli will host the concert “Sketches of Swing” performed by the Maresa Galli Quartet. The band, composed of Maresa Galli on vocals, Enzo Amazio on guitar, Massimo Mercogliano on bass and Ciro Troise on drums, will perform famous standards and original compositions in swing and Latin jazz style.
Maresa Galli describes jazz as an art of improvisation that combines rigor and freedom, a way of perceiving the world through music. Ezio Amazio adds that jazz shows off the personality of those who play it, like a game with open cards.
During the concert, the quartet will perform famous songs such as “Tenderly”, “All Of Me”, “How Insensitive”, “The Man I love”, “My Funny Valentine” and “A Night in Tunisia”. The four musicians, expert jazz musicians, will treat the audience to an evening of quality music.
