“We thank the DDA of Napoli and the Carabinieri of Torre Annunziata for never giving up on reconstructing the motive and all the responsibilities for the death of councilor Gino Tommasino. 15 years after the crime, the arrest of the alleged instigators and the reconstruction of the motive for the murder – which follow the capture and conviction of the perpetrators – can only make us say: the truth must be sought, always, at all costs and even when it seems too late”.

This morning's anti-Camorra operation could give him this opportunity”.
“But alongside the work of the judiciary and law enforcement, the culture of legality must grow among citizens. And starting from these weeks of intense electoral campaign where we are called to monitor everything when it happens. – specifies the center-right candidate – institutions must play their role”.
“The presence of the State must be perceived as the only way, not as an optional path – says the lawyer D'Apuzzo – the State must not be an alternative, but the only possible choice”.
