The Court of Appeal of Naples, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, acquitted a 56-year-old entrepreneur from Bucciano, who was accused of illegally exercising gambling and betting activities.
In particular, the 56-year-old, an entrepreneur involved in various activities including that of owner of a car dealership, was accused of having illegally opened a gaming and betting business in Bucciano.
In the first instance the Court of Benevento had sentenced the 56-year-old to 6 months of arrest and a fine of 800 euros. The Court of Appeal, however, reforming the sentence, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, acquitted the 56-year-old.

The law must always be followed, but sometimes there are complicated situations. It is interesting to see how lawyers present their arguments and how the courts decide. Let's hope this does not happen again.
I don't know if it's right that an entrepreneur can open a gaming establishment without a license, but the court decided so. Perhaps there was a valid reason for the acquittal. We'll see how the situation evolves in the future.
