The Carabinieri of the Aversa Station, in the province of Caserta, have executed a precautionary custody order under house arrest against a 34-year-old Neapolitan citizen, accused of "personal injury to health professionals" and "damage". The operation is part of an investigation coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Napoli North and started last October 25th.
According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, the investigations began after the intervention of the personnel of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Carabinieri Company of Aversa at thehospital “Moscati” of Aversa. On that occasion, a doctor on duty at the first aid He reported being attacked by a patient. The latter, exasperated by the wait, allegedly threw a desk at the doctor, also destroying a computer and a printer on the table.
Thanks to the testimonies of the victims, those present and the inspection and analysis of the medical documentation, the investigators have collected "serious evidence of guilt" against the 34-year-old.

It's strange how certain things happen, people should behave better and not attack doctors who are just doing their job. Aversa is a city where there are many similar situations that must not be repeated.
