On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the Local Police of Naples has intensified checks on non-hotel accommodation facilities to combat illegal activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and administrative regularity. During the 113 checks carried out, XNUMX people were discovered 13 completely illegal structures, without any authorization necessary to carry out the hospitality business.
Furthermore, they were elevated 14 penalties for irregularities related to the management of activities, highlighting a widespread lack of compliance with current regulations. Particular focus was dedicated to the mandatory communication of guest data to the Public Security Authority, as required by Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security (Tulps).
In this compound, three owners of structures have been reported to the Judicial Authority for failure to transmit the requested information, a violation that represents a risk both for security and for the monitoring of presences in the territory. Further investigations have led to seven reports for building abuses relating to properties used for hospitality purposes, highlighting another critical aspect in the management of the sector.
