ARIANO IRPINO (AVELLINO) – A man of 55 years was placed to the arrest after having been found guilty, definitively, of the crime of mistreatment in family towards his wife and three minor children.
The measure was carried out yesterday afternoon by the Carabinieri of the station Ariano Irpino, following an order issued by the power of attorney of BeneventoThe investigations, conducted by the military of the Arma and coordinated by the Sannio magistrates, started from the complaint presented by the wife, by now exasperated by the continuous harassment and threats suffered by her husband.
The accusations were later confirmed by the testimony of one of the daughters, who reported having suffered the same abuse. At the end of the ritual procedures, the man was transferred to his home, where he will serve a sentence of two years of imprisonment, as established by the judicial authority.
