Yesterday, a major territorial control operation was conducted in Secondigliano, Napoli, from the State Police.
The officers of the local police station, assisted by personnel from the Municipal Police, the Labor Inspectorate, the ASL Na1 Centro and ENEL technicians, combed the area, identifying 18 people, 2 of whom had criminal records, and reporting a violation of the Highway Code.
Investigators also targeted 3 commercial activities. The owners were subject to various types of prescriptions, while 5 “illegal” workers were discovered in two businesses.
One owner was fined for not having a license to sell alcohol, while another was reported for exposing food to the elements.
The latter was also fined for illegal occupation of public land, lack of license for the sale of alcohol and illegal advertising sign. Finally, 40 kg of food products were seized.
