A group of four boys from the Christian Workers Movement exhibited a banner under the windows of the Pope, currently hospitalized at the Policlinico Gemelli of Rome. The banner reads: “Today more than ever we need you, Francis.”

Francesco Spizzirri, representative of the Movement, told Adnkronos that the Pope “has been a guide for all of us” and that in a period of great uncertainty “his figure as a political mediator is needed”. Spizzirri then expressed the hope that the Holy Father will return soon.

The initiative of the boys seems a bit excessive to me, but in fact the figure of the Pope has always been important for many. Let's hope he recovers quickly, so he can continue to guide people as he has always done.
