Calling Juve Stabia's defeat in Pisa scandalous is almost a sweet thing: not even Moggi's Juventus had gotten that far.
And instead today there was someone who did worse: the referee Aureliano and the VAR who decided Pisa's victory against Juve Stabia. On paper, but not only, Pisa are probably much stronger than Juve Stabia and the standings also say so. But the pitch was saying something else.
And so the winning duo of referee and VAR took to the field and in the 36th minute of the first half they invented a non-existent expulsion against Candellone who had suffered a sensational foul and who may have raised his leg during the fall but not by his own volition.
