A musical project with a strong social value
The arrangement of the song, curated by Gianluca Carbone, is enriched by the collaboration with DJARAH KAN, an Italian-Ghanaian cultural activist and singer. The song pays homage to Africa with a chorus in Swahili, thanks to the translation by Sister Aline, involved in the “Mulagi Mission” project. Mulagi, a village in Uganda, developed thanks to the I Care Foundation.
A postponed event finally finds its stage
Initially scheduled for February 2020, the “Vento del Sud for Mulagi” event was postponed due to the pandemic. After five years, it was successfully held on February 28, 2025. The evening was characterized by a planetary alignment, symbolic for the singer-songwriter. Shara also wanted to shoot the video clip of the single in the “Scugnizzo Liberato Bene Comune” in Naples, underlining the importance of human relationships as a “Common Good”. Her eclectic artistic career has taken her from pop to rock, conquering many countries, including the United Kingdom. Since 2011, Shara has founded the Terronian Festival, rewarding the Excellences of the South. She also established Mediterranea and the Terronian Association, collaborating with pizza chef Salvatore Di Matteo. The artist, awarded the Golden Lion of Venice, is a voice from the South and is ready to convey the message of “Eternamente” to an ever wider audience.
