The Campania Region is building, at the request of the Municipality of Naples, a new tent structure, in via Terracina (in front of the San Paolo hospital), which will be used as a Reception Area.
The pavilion, 180 square meters, will be able to accommodate about 50 beds. Since this morning, the Civil Protection of the Campania Region has been at work, thanks also to the help of 30 units of Sma personnel Campania.
The tent structure, made available by the Department of Civil Protection, is heated and uses a generator to supply electricity. To ensure adequate lighting, a light tower will also be installed to support the reception area.
There will also be a first health reception point of the ASL Napoli1 Centro with two clinics and an ambulance ready to leave, also taking into account the proximity to the San Paolo hospital. The reception area will be managed by the Municipality of Naples with the support of volunteers.
