Napoli – At least one person has been arrested as part of the investigation into the kidnapping of a 15-year-old teenager that occurred this morning in San Giorgio a Cremano, in the province of Naples. The suspect is believed to be a 24-year-old of foreign origin.

According to leaks, the kidnappers have asked for a ransom of one and a half million euros from the boy's father, a wealthy businessman from the province.

In the afternoon, the fifteen-year-old and his parents, accompanied by the lawyer Michele Rullo, showed up at the Naples Police Headquarters to be questioned by investigators. The Flying Squad, coordinated by the Naples Prosecutor's Office, is working on the case, and at the moment it only confirms the boy's good conditions.
Investigations are continuing to reconstruct the dynamics of the incident and clarify the reasons for the kidnapping.
The investigations carried out by the Naples Flying Squad, which availed itself of the technical support of the Central Operations Service of the State Police and the contribution of the Investigative Unit of the Carabinieri of Torre Annunziata, made it possible in a few hours to rescue the kidnapped minor in the phases immediately following his release and to block one of the alleged kidnappers who was then subjected to the arrest order.
