Naples. A 49-year-old unleashed in a post office, attacks and attempts to rob his partner.
An afternoon of apparent tranquility turned into a nightmare for a woman of Piscinola, who became the victim of a violent attack inside a post office.
According to the reconstruction by the police, the man, a 49-year-old with a criminal record, first physically attacked his partner, hitting her and making threats, and then attempted to take her bag, which most likely contained cash.
Alerted by some screams, passers-by immediately called 113. The agents of the General Prevention Office, who promptly arrived on the scene, found the woman in a state of shock and the attacker still present.
Despite the presence of the police, the man resisted, making it necessary for the officers to intervene to stop him and handcuff him.
The 49-year-old was arrested on charges of domestic violence and attempted robbery.
