NAPLES - Three new red zones were established in the municipality of arcade to combat degradation phenomena and strengthen safety: the prefect of Napoli, Michele of Bari, at the end of a Committee for public order and safety which saw the participation of some mayors of the province, including the mayor of Portici, Enzo Cuomo.
"The proposal – explained the prefect – it was also shared by the mayor and it is a very positive signal. Thanks to the red zones it will be possible to remove troublemakers and anyone who creates problems in the three identified areas”. Mayor Cuomo expressed appreciation for the initiative, recognizing “the great work carried out by the police forces to ensure effective control over the territory”.
The new red zones, which include restrictions to ensure public safety and decorum, will be monitored more intensively by law enforcement. The goal is to prevent episodes of illegality and improve liveability in the most critical areas of the municipal territory.

The idea of creating red zones seems a bit complicated to me, I don't know if it will really be effective. Let's hope that the police can do a good job, but there are always doubts about how these restrictions will be applied.
