Simone acquitted silvino and Ilaria Ricciardo from the accusation of shop of narcotic substances.
Defended by the lawyer Gerardo Giorgione, in September 2019 the two were stopped with approximately 60 grams (equal to approximately 300 doses) of a narcotic substance such as hashish and some divided parts.
This morning and after the preliminary investigation phase they appeared before the Court of Benevento which, accepting the defense's thesis, acquitted the young people because the fact does not constitute a crime and ordered the destruction of the substance as well as the return of the telephone and the seized sum.
The PM, even with requalification, had requested a 7-month sentence but the Judge was of the opposite opinion, considering the reasons and defenses of the lawyer Giorgione valid.
