Naples, vandals attack and damage two ANM buses

Two separate acts of vandalism were recorded yesterday evening against buses ANM a Napoli.

The first assault occurred on Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. The Carabinieri intervened around 20.30:XNUMX p.m. following a report to the operations center.

Two unidentified individuals, riding a scooter and armed with a club, damaged an ANM bus, Texter Breda model, before fleeing.

The damages ascertained by the Carabinieri include the breakage of a left front rearview mirror.
An hour later, around 21:30 pm, the Carabinieri were again alerted by ANM personnel for a second act of vandalism, this time in Via Benedetto Brin.

A group of at least four people, presumably very young, armed with clubs, damaged the side windows of a Mercedes Citaro bus, then fled on scooters.

 Carabinieri investigation: no injuries

The company Carabinieri Napoli Stella are conducting investigations to identify those responsible for the two episodes.

Both damaged buses were used for public transport in Naples.
No injuries were reported in the incidents.

The Carabinieri are examining images from security cameras in the area to acquire clues useful for the investigation.
