Naples Weather Forecast, Sunny Weekend Then African Heat Returns

Sun and hot on the rise for the weekend in Italy, with peak temperatures above 35°C in the Center-South and on the major islands. However, beware of strong thunderstorms with risk of hail between Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July, especially in the North.

Meteorologists explain that these two apparently unrelated phenomena are actually linked to climate change.

THEanticyclone increasingly present African and the increase in average temperatures cause greater evaporation of sea water, which fuels storms and the risk of hail and cloudbursts.

Center: Sunnier and drier
South: All sun
