The Carabinieri of the operational section, during an anti-drug operation, arrested a 47-year-old local man, already known to the police.The man, Salvatore Frezza, was stopped in Via Visone while trying to escape the controls. On him, hidden in an intimate place, the soldiers found 40 grams of cocaine, divided into packages Vacuum
. But the most disconcerting discovery came when searching his home in the center of Caivano.
Within a food carrier for children, hidden from the sight of the little ones, 150 grams of cocaine and the same amount of crack were found.
A macabre hideout, which underlines the drug dealer's unscrupulousness and his total indifference to any moral value.
Along with the drugs, the Carabinieri also seized packaging material and accounting notes, evidence of a well-organized and profitable drug dealing activity.
Frezza was taken to prison, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority. Yesterday's operation represents a hard blow to drug trafficking in Caivano, but demonstrates once again how the phenomenon is rooted and requires constant commitment from the police.
