Daniela Gambaro, originally from Adria, studied at the University of Padua and earned a diploma in screenwriting from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. She currently works as a screenwriter for film and television and lives in Rome with her family. Her previous collection, "Ten Almost True Stories," was awarded the Campiello Prize for a First Work.
