Law enforcement agencies have carried out a joint operation at numerous gaming and betting centers located in the municipality of Caivano.
The operational device currently active focuses mainly on the controls of a series of agencies previously identified through a specific risk analysis, based on information shared between law enforcement agencies.
Particular attention is paid to the building complex called “Parco Verde” and the surrounding areas of the school buildings in the municipality of Caivano.
This activity is part of a broader campaign of joint controls shared between the police forces, the Extraordinary Government Commissioner and the Extraordinary Government Commission for the Municipality of Caivano.
The operation is a further sign of presence on the territory by the competent authorities, aimed at protecting legal gambling, combating gambling addiction, repressing underage gambling and addressing school dropout.
The operation involved the State Police, the Guardia di Finanza, the Carabinieri, the Municipal Police and the personnel of the Customs and Monopolies Agency.
