Yesterday evening, the State Police arrested a 48-year-old Neapolitan for illicit possession of narcotics and resisting a public official.
The officers of the San Carlo – Arena Police Station noticed a man riding a scooter giving something in exchange for money to a person, who then hastily walked away.
The police intervened to interrupt the exchange and blocked the man.
The man was found in possession of 5 packages of hashish weighing approximately 18 grams.
A mobile phone and 45 euros, proceeds of drug dealing, were also seized.
The 48-year-old, with a specific police record, was arrested and taken to prison.
