La State Police and the DDA of Napoli they carried out an operation that decimated the Onorato clan of the Rione Moscarella, a criminal organization active in Castellammare di Stabia, Pompeii, Sant'Antonio Abate and surrounding areas.

Among the suspects is also Saturday Polese, 75 years old, better known as Sabatino, brother of the deceased boss of ceremonies Antonio Polese. He is accused of having provided assistance to the Onorato family, the top of the clan, by informing them of the ongoing investigations.
In particular, Polese allegedly met one of those arrested, a tax collector from the clan, to tell him that the State Police had acquired the images recorded by the video surveillance system of the Grand Hotel La Sonrisa, a hotel confiscated from the clan on 29 September 2023.

Sabato Polese, despite not being part of the corporate structure of the Grand Hotel La Sonrisa, was subjected to the obligation to report to the judicial police.
