The show features the bass/baritone as the protagonist Luke DeLorenzo, accompanied by pianist Fabrizio Romano. Directed by Gianmaria Fiorillo and with lyrics by Diego Lombardi and Luca De Lorenzo, “Stand-up opera” is proposed as an experience that mixes classical music and modern comedy. Sound effects curated by Lorenzo Pasquotti will support the narration of this artistic journey, in a production presented by Casa del Contemporaneo.

I read about the Stand up opera event and it seems interesting, but I'm not sure if the idea of combining opera and comedy is really a thing to do. Maybe some people might appreciate it, but others might find it strange.
This event seems very interesting, combining opera and comedy could be a good idea. I hope tickets are easy to buy, but I don't know if there will be room for all the spectators.
