Benevento, harasses ex-partner: 55-year-old prohibited from approaching

The Flying Squad of Benevento, following an investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office, executed a decree of no approach to the injured party issued by the investigating judge against a 55-year-old accused of stalking and damage.

The victim reported the harassing behavior of the man, with whom she had a relationship in the past, who had gone so far as to show up in front of her house threatening her. The suspect then targeted the car of the woman's new partner, damaging it. The suspect will now have to keep a distance of 500 meters from the victim.
