A clash that arose following the resolution on the opening of the SP1 junction which caused a rift within the majority that is now irreparable.
The motion of distrust must be signed by two fifths of the councilors as prescribed by art. 52 Tuoel and must be discussed no earlier than ten days and no later than thirty days from its presentation, therefore within a limited time frame.
The initiative would have started from the councilors of the Democratic Party and the 5 Star Movement, which would have been joined by at least 4 councilors of the opposition. In order to present the motion, according to the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities, 9 signatures are required.
The short circuit between mayor and councilors would not only concern the opening of the now "infamous" ramp, but would have deeper roots, given that Luigi Maglione like a train did not want to listen to reasons on the revocation of the resolution and on the elimination of the positions necessary to restore dignity to the parties that until now have supported him and that have invoked him in vain. In short, the challenge is in full swing and the hopes of mending the rift are now distant.
