Casal di Principe: a real drug supermarket dismantled

Casal di Principe. The Carabinieri of the local station have dismantled a thriving drug dealing business, arresting three people and seizing an arsenal of weapons. The operation, conducted during the night, brought to light a real drug market set up inside a home.

The three arrested, all residents of Casal di Principe, are a 33 year old, his mother is 58 years old and a 35 year old. The charges against them are serious: dealing and possession of narcotics, receiving stolen goods and illegal possession of weapons.

Inside the house, transformed into a meeting point for drug addicts, the Carabinieri found a real drug dealing laboratory. A table was set up with different varieties of drugs, including hashish, marijuana, cocaine and heroin. Customers could freely choose their preferred substance and, for those who wanted, it was possible to consume the drug directly on the spot. A home delivery service completed the offer, making the business even more profitable.

But not only drugs. A crossbow pistol, rifle, an air rifle and a hunting rifle, the latter being stolen. An arsenal that foreshadowed a possible escalation of violence.

The illegal activity was managed with a certain professionalism: the traffickers kept “account books” where they wrote down names, quantities of drugs sold and money collected. An organized system that shows that this was not a simple occasional activity, but a real business.

 Heroin, cocaine, hashish and marijuana seized

The operation's outcome is heavy: in addition to the weapons, the Carabinieri seized over 200 grams of marijuana, 7 grams of hashish, 3 grams of cocaine, heroin, cutting agents and all the material needed to package the doses.

The three arrested were taken to prison. A severe blow to drug trafficking in Casal di Principe, which once again demonstrates the commitment of law enforcement in the fight against organized crime.
