Casal di Principe. Carabinieri officers from the local station have busted a thriving drug trafficking ring, arresting three people and seizing an arsenal of weapons. The operation, conducted overnight, uncovered a fully-fledged drug market set up inside a residence.
The three arrested, all residents of Casal di Principe, are a 33-year-old, his 58-year-old mother and a 35-year-old. The charges against them are serious: dealing and possession of narcotics, receiving stolen goods and illegal possession of weapons.
Inside the home, which had been transformed into a meeting place for drug addicts, the Carabinieri found a veritable drug dealing laboratory. A home delivery service completed the offering, making the business even more profitable.
