Italo, a well-known brand in the railway sector, is currently looking for 30 stewardess and on-board stewards for the Naples, Rome and Milan offices.

Responsibilities of candidates

The staff on board will have various tasks, including:

• Representing the brand and values Italo through their behavior and style.
• Manage the catering service on board the trains.
• Take care of the decor and tidying of the rooms.
• Offer assistance and build trust with customers.
• Provide information and support to customers.
• Support the train manager in operational activities.

Requirements and skills required

To apply, interested parties must meet some fundamental requirements and possess specific skills:

• Educational qualification: Diploma or Degree.
• At least 2 years of work experience (preferred).
• Work sector: Tourism, Transport, Personal services (preferred).
• Experience abroad: preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (Level B2).
• Previous experience in customer service and personal care.
• Availability to work shifts and holidays.
• Availability to work in one of the following locations: Milan, Rome and Naples.

Training and selection procedures
