Responsibilities of candidates
The staff on board will have various tasks, including:
- Represent the Italo brand and values through your behavior and style.
- Manage the catering service on board trains.
- Take care of the decor and tidying of the rooms.
- Offer assistance and build trust with customers.
- Provide information and support to customers.
- Support the train manager in operational activities.
Requirements and skills required
To apply, interested parties must meet some fundamental requirements and possess specific skills:
- Educational qualification: Diploma or Degree.
- At least 2 years of work experience (preferred).
- Work sector: Tourism, Transport, Personal services (preferred).
- Experience abroad: preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (Level B2).
- Previous experience in customer service and personal care.
- Availability to work shifts and holidays.

Training and selection procedures
