Intesa Sanpaolo and Talent Garden open in Napoli An innovation hub with the aim of creating a facility in the South dedicated to cutting-edge technology, enhancing local expertise, and fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the South.
An innovative environment that blends Neapolitan dynamism and energy with the Bank's strong digital drive and Talent Garden's international expertise.
The project includes the opening, already underway, of the first technology hub in Southern Italy, the third after Turin and Milan, with hiring and retraining to offer professional growth opportunities to young people from Southern Italy with high-tech profiles.
The hub is part of Intesa Sanpaolo's digital transformation strategy and will be primarily dedicated to the development of applications for payments and corporate channels.

The Talent Garden campus, part of a project by Talent Garden Med, a company created in partnership with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Venture Capital, will be located on the first floors of the hub.
The facility will host Naples' creative and technological ecosystem and will be animated in the coming months by a series of activities being planned for the region: meetings with international mentors from the Talent Garden network, open innovation for businesses and startups, and, above all, training programs in technical subjects aimed at young people from the South.
"Naples is a city where tradition and innovation coexist and enrich each other. Campania, the third-largest region for innovative startups with over 1.420 new businesses and the second-largest for certified incubators, is increasingly establishing itself as an innovation hub in Italy," said Irene Boni, CEO of Talent Garden. "Campania is ready for a new phase of transformation, and with the new Talent Garden campus in Naples, we are committed to being a fertile ground where new generations of innovators and entrepreneurs can grow, learn, and turn their brilliant ideas into tangible realities."
According to the Piepoli study "Young People and Digital" conducted for the occasion, demand for digital training is growing among younger generations in Southern Italy, particularly among women. Three in ten young people say they cannot live without digital technology, but at the same time, they are aware of the importance of strengthening and improving their technical skills, specifically.
