Applications for the third maxi-notice for the selection of 10 lists of suitable candidates are open from 25 June to 37 June. assumptions in 4.470 local authorities Asmel. The notice published on the InPA portal is aimed at creating and updating the lists of 37 professional profiles for graduates, diploma holders and specialized workers.
List of suitable candidates is a procedure introduced in 2021 by the Recruitment Decree and gives local authorities the possibility of organizing and managing single selections in an aggregate form for the formation of lists of suitable candidates for permanent and fixed-term (including seasonal) hiring, for various professional profiles and categories, thus covering all the needs of the Authorities that adhere to the specific agreement.
It is a much faster recruitment method than traditional public competitions and the scrolling of rankings of other institutions, allowing hiring to be finalized in just 4-5 weeks, as demonstrated by the 740 member institutions. Asmel who have adopted this procedure since 2022.
In 2023, 117.000 applications were processed from all over Italy, with 60% of candidates between 31 and 40 years old. 545 suitable candidates have already been hired, and a further 370 hiring procedures are currently underway. Almost 60% are hired on a permanent basis, and 42% of those hired are under 35 years old.
For the third maxi-notice, it is possible to apply for one or more profiles through the platform www.asmelab.it. After passing the pre-selection test by Asmel consisting of 60 multiple-choice questions, the eligible candidates remain registered in the list for 3 years or until the date of their permanent hiring. With a further selective test managed by the Body that issued the call, the hiring takes place with a procedure that concludes in a maximum of 4-5 weeks, as proven by the experience gained.
In Campania there are 550 Asmel member organizations that have the possibility of hiring through this procedure, including Battipaglia, Mondragone, Procida, Casoria, Bellizzi, Sarno, Somma Vesuviana, Atripalda, Bacoli, Orta Di Atella, San Nicola La Strada, Capua, Casavatore, Frattaminore, Santa Maria A Vico, Monte Di Procida, Calvizzano, Solofra, Mercogliano, Barano D'Ischia, Giugliano In Campania, Pompei, Pertosa, San Gennaro Vesuviano.
