CARINARO – As if nothing had happened, and in the absence of any authorization to operate as a blacksmith, the 42-year-old had started a forge in his home garage for working iron and producing metal products.
When yesterday morning the Carabinieri of the Gricignano di Aversa Station arrived together with the military of the Marcianise Forestry Carabinieri Unit at his home in the small town of Carinaro, in the Caserta area, during an inspection, they found him in full working activity.
When the military asked him to show the required authorizations, especially the one for emissions into the atmosphere, the man simply replied that he did not have them. Following further checks, carried out inside the forge, the carabinieri reported the 42-year-old at liberty, imposed administrative sanctions of 10.000,00 euros and proceeded with the preventive seizure of the premises in which the unauthorized activity was carried out.
